Submit An Offer

Agents and homebuyers can submit an offer on a property by completing the information below and submitting documents required to homes@intownbirmingam.com. 

 

 Offers must include either a prequalification letter from a lender which clearly states that the buyer qualifies for a loan equal to or above the sales (offer) price of the home .  If offering to pay cash for the property, a letter from the buyer's financial institution must be submitted verifying available funds to purchase the home at the purchase (offer price).  Letter must include the name and telephone number of the lending/financial institution's contact representative.  Offers will not be considered without a prequalification or verification of funds letter.
